Easy Onion Dip (no packet required)

Prep time: 10 minutes or less
Cook time: None

This incredibly easy dip ditches the normally required packet of onion soup mix for ingredients that you probably have in your spice cabinet already. You can up the flavor of the dip by adding parmesan cheese. Serve it with crackers, chips, or as a dip with a veggie tray and watch as it disappears! Try it with Trish’s Homemade Chips!

Ingredients:
10 oz sour cream (full fat or light)
1 tbs + 1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbs finely sliced green onion
– or – 1-2 Tbs minced dried onions
2 Tbs freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
