What do you do with all those leftovers after thanksgiving has come and gone? Do you eat turkey right out of the Tupperware? Let the rolls dry out so you can throw them away? At our house, leftovers containing meat hit the trash after 3 days, so we gotta use it or lose it. I’d rather use it.
Here’s something fast to use up four kinds of leftovers in my fridge. Not only fast, but actually good! We had these for a late breakfast after spending the morning watching a movie.
The Leftover List (click any of the links for our original recipes):
1. Turkey
2. Rolls
3. Honey mustard dipping sauce
4. Cheese scraps from the appetizer my daughter made
First, preheat your oven to 350. Slice a roll for each person. Spread honey mustard on both sides of the sliced roll. Place meat and cheese on top. Bake for 3-4 minutes, or just until the cheese starts to melt.
May your holidays be filled warmth and good leftovers.
Enjoy!
