This awesome recipe is from our guest bloggers in the PNW – Tiffany Trammel-Zurn and Straga Nana Sunshin (a/k/a Wowman Jam).
Tiffany sent me the recipe by text and I had to try it immediately. This stuff is awesome. If you live were fresh tomatoes are abundant, I highly recommend you try this recipe. I happened to have some of these beauties left from my last trip to Larry’s Produce in Suisun.
This soup is souper simple, way delicious and it makes your house smell sooooo good. I gifted some to my neighbors and they were in love with this soup.
