At CPM we LOVE our “hot dips”! Artichoke hot dip, chicken tortilla soup hot dip, bean dip….
So here is another great one for you, with all the gooey flavor of lasagna, without the noodles.
Lasagna Hot Dip
1 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned with Italian seasonings
1 cup freshly grated mozzarella
1 cup freshly grated parmesan
1 cup marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spread into a 8 or 9 in square pyrex dish. Bake until hot and bubbling (around 30 minutes).
Serve with French bread, crackers or tortilla chips.
This is also a great make ahead dish. Ingredients can be combined and put in a pan days ahead of time then baked when guests are expected to arrive.
