Triple Berry Balsamic Glaze

This easy recipe works well as a glaze, dressing, or sauce. Enjoy over salads, on grilled meats, or as a drizzle over savory dishes!

Ingredients:
2 cups mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry & raspberry)
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (1/2 cup vinegar if you like more tart)
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10-15 minutes, or until fruit breaks down.

Use a spatula and a fine mesh sieve to strain out as many seeds as possible. The finished product should nicely coat the back of a spoon.

Enjoy!

  1. This stuff is so good! I especially love it on your polenta with goat cheese. MMMMM. Thanks for posting! And for sharing…
