Got some random leftovers? Put them on mini pizzas! This is a quick pizza dough, as far as pizza dough goes. It is the same dough as Crazy Bread Cheater dough. In about an hour, you’ve got pizza in the oven!
Ingredients:
1 cup water, 110 degrees
3 teaspoons sugar
2 ½ teaspoons yeast
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
Warm water to 110 degrees. Mix in 2 teaspoons of sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top. Sprinkle remaining teaspoon of sugar on top of yeast. Allow yeast to bloom at least 10 minutes.
Mix 2 cups of flour and salt in mixer bowl. Add yeast mixture, and equip a dough hook. As the dough starts to come together, slowly add remaining ½ cup of flour. The dough is ready when it has pulled away from the bowl and is smooth. About 4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450.
Remove dough hook. Leave the dough in the mixer bowl. Allow to rest 20 minutes.
Gather dough into a ball, and place on a lightly floured surface. Rest 5 minutes. Roll out thinly. To use remaining dough, gather and allow to rest 10 minutes before rolling/shaping.
Using a circle cutter, cut dough rounds. Stretch them slightly, then place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Allow to rise 20 minutes.
Add sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy!
