Goat cheese is just good stuff. It’s creamy and tangy and yummy. Recently, I tried a salad with a goat cheese fritter. Um – yes please! It was awesome.
This is simple and tasty cracker spread.
Fresh Peaches and Goat Cheese:
1/4 cup goat cheese
1-3 Tablespoons Milk
Diced Fresh Peaches
1 Tablespoon Honey
Dash Cinnamon (optional)
Place goat cheese in a bowl. Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing in each tablespoon until goat cheese is smooth and creamy (you may not need all of the milk). Add honey and cinnamon. Fold in peaches, being careful not to break them up. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Serve cold with crackers.
